Whats Up With The Elevators? I didn't like that the elevator was out, and no one said anything until I got there. I didn't like that the stairwell was dirty. I didn't like that vending machines were not working on the first floor, and there were none on the second, so I went up to the third. I didnt like that I checked out on the 21st, but it was not communicated to the GM so that it could be updated and instead they showed me checked in the entire week when I paid for a stay at a closer location to my training site in Waxah... read more

Nice, cool, and comfortable I don’t think I had an issue at this property. What I liked was the cleanliness of the hotel. Lobby, hallways, and rooms. Friendly staff at the front desk. I also liked the ice machines and vending machines they had available especially when arriving late.
Had an adventure here but it was an awesome one that for sure we will laugh about it later! Elevator was not working and had to use stars up to the 4th floor had to stay an extra night because of that because my daughter has a disability but the manager David was great worked with me and resolved everything with respect and kindness. And since we communicated well everything was resolved. Some staff were great only one staff was the problem other than that good staff.
Okay. What I didn’t like about my stay here was that I had no towels in my room. When I went down to ask for towels they said that they didn’t have any and they were all dirty so they gave me pool towels. Which I didn’t like. Another was as I was adjusting my temperature in my room a roach had came out from behind them thermostat and I was disgusted. So I wasn’t happy about my stay.
