One of the worst hotel I've spent my time in My recent stay at [Ramada Wyndham] in New Jersey was deeply disappointing. The hallways were visibly dirty and neglected, creating an unpleasant first impression. Despite a note from management promising daily room and bathroom cleaning, our room was not serviced once during our 2-night, 3-day stay. Breakfast was another letdown. Walking through halls the carpets were stained and doors need repainting. 1st room was Ant infested moved to 2nd room no working AC, 3rd rooms main light didn’t work but we stuck it out out of exhaustion. Elevator out for 2nd day and 3rd day. Fun with 2 toddlers, stroller and luggage. Worst stay ever.
The property has not been updated, and room items, including the table, are extremely old.
Don’t book here Hallways and windows were nasty. Big holes in the wall of our room where something was once mounted. One outlet didn’t even have a cover on it. Took forever to get the shower working.
I grew up in the area and it’s convenient. The actual building is old and frankly not a place I would have stayed if I had pulled up to it. There were no clean towels provided and trash never emptied over a 3 night stay.
The locks on the door from outside in the back of the hotel was broken and abandoned cars parked in the back. I did not feel safe the lock on the window was broken
The 1st room the A/C was broken the second room had unidentified DNA on the curtains, the lampshades and the bed skirt. The bathroom door was patched with cardboard, the carpet was so filthy in the halls and the stairs, the so called breakfast was inside of a Sushi bar and the floor was covered in filth. I could not trust anything from the food selection. Very poor hotel, Staff was nice, not their fault the conditions were nasty. The windows throughout were FILTHY!
I will never return to this facility again.
