Stayed there because my partner and I had a car crash, the room they sent us to had wet floors still and I slipped and got hurt further so thanks. Place was disgusting they just mopped over dirt that needs to be swept up. First room they put us in had a broken ac though I specifically asked for one with a working unit because I get sick if I’m too hot. This is the nastiest hotel Staff was so rude. And there us garbage in the lobby. Its was just plain disgusting.

Dirty and poor maintenance !!Not for the family 😞 It’s not maintained as pictured in the hotels.com .. it’s dirty everywhere and room service not exist at all. Bed spread , pillow cases all not washed and I see pet hair all over the place and carpet. It’s not worth for the money. Definetly no for the family , they are just u

The property is poorly maintained at best. It is not clean..My stay was to be refunded… only to find out the property is trying not to refund so now in-dispute with the credit card company. The next step is pictures.

Rooms are not properly cleaned. Hair in sink, shower, and toilets. Room Trash cans looked like they haven't been cleaned EVER. Rust in the shower floor. I have pictures if needed. Customer service is terrible. When expressed concerns and asked for clean sheet they threatened to call the police on us.

1. Hot water for the shower took 10 minutes of running the water. 2. none of the furniture matched, It was old and worn out 3. overall maintenance was poor 4. I travel a lot and spend more than 150 days a year economy hotels around the world and this was worst! 5. I have not stayed in Ramada by Wyndham in years, but when are booked it for its location, I did not know how run down the place would be.
