Large clean room. Receptionist was very friendly and informative.

Staff was very helpful and let us store our bags until check-in time and helped us find a local taxi service to go to a restaurant. Room is clean and well appointed except we would have liked a couple more plastic cups. But no problems.

Great location, quiet, near the mall and one of the best restaurants for dumplings. The room was spacious snd the bed comfy. The coffee was pretty good as well. The dryers did not work well. Ended up hanging clothes around the room. Overall clean, safe, and comfortable.

Was very disappointed that they were not willing to change our sheets which were unclean after the first night. Front office offered to give us the clean sheets and change them ourselves. First time ever that this happened to me. Very said given that we paid good money to stay here.

Hello. Thank you for your review. The only thing we are not doing is service every day, but every 3 days we do the full service. We are sorry your stay was not so great.
The room was well presented however, she did not have any body wash. We brought our own soap so, it was not a big deal.

The 2 'queen' bed room was 2 double beds. The bathroom doors were a double closet door that didnt lock. We tried to check in early, they said the room is ready but it would be an additional $65, so we declined, went back at 1:30 to try again, she said i had to wait until 2, even though a guy ahead of me just checked in and a family right after me checked in, and no neither had to pay anything additional, i asked.
Room is spacious and king size bed comfortable. Breakfast is average as per any other chain hotels that offers complimentary breakfast, water and coffee available anytime is a plus. Gym could be bigger but i understand hotel dont want to invest more if not many people go to the gym.
