The hotel was very clean, and the staff, for the most part, were very friendly and helpful. What was bad was that our bed had a huge dip in the middle of the mattress, like part of the support under it was broken. I asked to change rooms, but I wanted one that was right by the door, and the one available would have cost more. We were there for two weeks, so I think something could have been done about the mattress and box spring- they could have traded it out. Staff were very helpful. Room was big and had excellent air conditioning. Nice pool on the property. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I have nothing but good things to say about this one.
