Clean, and good location. Some meat for breakfast, for more balanced diet. 1st night: A young child playing and screaming until after 12 A.M. Inability to fall asleep with noise. A/c was on auto and each time it stopped, made a strange noise.

Exceptional The breakfast could use a pastry option and there was no cream cheese for the bagels. The location is works great for my business meetings in Davie, FL.
