Th tv in our room was not working properly. The carpet had a lot of stains and tears. Bathroom doors did not close. Windows were not see through they had a film on them. Microwave very old it was a a dingy white.

They hold the security deposit for too long. I had to wait 10 days to receive it back.

Typically it will take banks located in the US 3-5 business days to refund the customer on their end. Banks outside of the US can have lengthier refund times. We do refund the deposit on the day of check out at the properly. I hope this provides some clarification as to why there may have been a longer delay. Thank you :)
