They hold the security deposit for too long. I had to wait 10 days to receive it back.

Typically it will take banks located in the US 3-5 business days to refund the customer on their end. Banks outside of the US can have lengthier refund times. We do refund the deposit on the day of check out at the properly. I hope this provides some clarification as to why there may have been a longer delay. Thank you :)

We stayed in room 109. We liked that house keeping came everyday with fresh towels, fixed the bed and take out the trash. We also liked how nice, friendly and helpful the staff was to us. But the knob on the room door was very hard to turn. The shower had mold spots in the corners. And the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

This property is very clean. The staff is friendly. My room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the outside property is so beautiful and it’s in such a great area I could walk to the mall, to target, and lots of dining options in the area
