I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It seems to have been recently renovated, and the staff were all exceptionally kind and attentive. My room was clean, with no bad odors or signs of mold. The breakfast was good quality, though it was the same every day, which wasn’t an issue for me. The mattress was a bit softer than I expected, but the pillows were very comfortable.

Property "upgrade" actually reduced the general ambiance of the rooms. Vinyl flooring with older, original furniture make rooms appear very basic, like "Motel 6" basic, at $120-$140 nightly rate in a suburban location, and "free breakfast" starts to close at 8:45am. Value not great.
