A great island of sensibility in the sea of overated and overpriced properties. Couldn't figure out how to work the TV to get news and weather. The front desk clerk attempted and also couldn't get the programming. Not a deal breaker. Didn't come to watch TV.
Good Breakfast needs more variatty. The noise from other rooms also was a little disturbing Good location, quiet and safe.
Oooooh, That Smell. 1st room I was given, 407, smelled like, uh, pee. I was immediately given a new room, 411, which I initially thought was better. The desk lady who checked me in and changed my room was cheerful and helpful. However, after sleeping a night there, I realized it too smelled strongly of pee. The next morning I checked with the on duty desk person, and she clearly did not know what to, saying housekeeping wasn't in till 11:00 and probably the carpenters would have to tear up rug, and that I should check back l... read more
