Enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.. more specifically Laura, Gabrielle who assisted us in a early check in on such short notice, Carlos who was always smiling and helpful. They have the same breakfast every morning which is stalling, and the elevator hardly worked so we walked the stairs a lot. Was not easy with two toddless and a teenager.

I was sick and the 2 ladies allowed me to check in early so I can lay down. The young girl with the glasses actually brought the paperwork to me because I couldn't move. That meant the world to me.

Only bad thing was the elevators were out of order. Otherwise no complaints. It’s not a fancy hotel but definitely worth the money.

I apologize our elevators were out of service during your stay with us. Our elevator servicing company is on site working around the clock to try and get the elevators back up.
