The staff were super friendly. I stayed 3 nights. The only down fall is the the ice machine on my floor was not working and the elevator closest to my room was broken. Well got some exercise in. But over all it was a great weekend stay.
I liked everything except the fact that the elevator was broken 3 nights/days we were there. We were told the first day that the elevator would be repaired that evening.3 days later it still was not repaired. I was disappointed about that. I've stayed at this hotel for years. I couldn't understand why in a city that size it wasn't repaired right away.
clean. nice staff. lovely big room. only complaint could hear VERY loudly banging in next room doors slam and toilets flush. needs better insulation or stifled plumbing, that was awful...

I love the location, staff are flexible for my needs. I would say that there is ome need of up keep on the property in general. for the breakfast, more whole fruit options would be nice.

Guests had to evacuate the building on April 23, 2022 for a suspected harmful chemical exposure. Learnt that someone had died earlier that morning and was found in the hotel room with a suspected Met lab created. I appreciated the prompt response of the police and fire department and their handling of the matter. However, I was disappointment with the little information that was given to the guest and the prolong waiting time to return to the hotel.
