The area was very nice tge hotel was clean and it was relaxing I would stay again

We arrived later in the day, due to Spirit Airlines cancelled flight on us out of Orlando and we had to go to FLL to try to catch another flight. Lady at the front desk was outstanding, I do not recall her name. She was very friendly and very helpful, we above and beyond. We needed 4-5 items, she would say let me check and came through on all items. Most people these days would have blown us off and told us NO. Quiet clean comfortable stay. Had trouble with room keys. No food available after hours except candy in vending machine.

They have fixed and renovated the property
It took over 30 minutes to check in due to the long line (only 1 clerk). And the hot tub wasn't working, which was a key reason we picked this hotel
The parking lot was pleasant And quiet with plenty of pent room and walking areas had an occasional problem with door key staff was very pleasant and very apologetic would highly recommend
