I recently had a brief, but enjoyable, stay at LaQuinta Inn & Suites. The pre-check-in option made my late arrival seamless, and it was clear the facilities were well-cared for. The breakfast options were pretty standard, and I thought the inclusion of a kids’ play area near the lobby was a nice, unique touch. A note: the bed used a spring mattress, which didn’t feel as luxurious as memory foam options, but I had no problems with sleep in the spacious room with adequately cold air conditioning. I really like the property, but I booked the wrong location… miles from the airport and miles from the cruise port = two expensive cab rides because this location has no shuttle service.
The refrigerator did not work but they finally replaced it on our last day. We were very disappointed that the hot tub did not work. No indication that they were gonna fix it.
