GREAT My room key kept getting deactivated. I learned my lesson after the 2nd night to have reception refresh it before going to my room. Everything beat my expectations. The staff etc. The staff was amazing! Especially LAURA! She was friendly, sweet and willing to chat even though she was always busy!

Pleasant The breakfast was boring and dull it lacked daily variety. My room door was ajar upon check in and the toilet was not flushed. It didn't appear as though the room had been swept or vacumed dirt particles noted. The pool needed to be clean too many leaves. The registration staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
