OK for the price? The rooms show signs of wear but clean except for the dark hairs I always found in the bathroom....don't like that at all! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has a good variety and was always well stocked. My husband loved making his own waffles! We mostly used the hotel for showering & sleeping, we are out and about the rest of the day. So for the price & location we were willing to overlook the imperfections.

A Good Find The hotel is in a nice quiet area near 595. I would suggest this hotel.
Ok to stay but with reservations about service I was booked for 5 nights but on night 2 and 3 I was locked out and had to have my key card renewed. Maid service was hit and miss, as were supplies of shampoo - no conditioner. Had to ask at front desk for clean towels etc. Front desk personnel were pleasent but the maid staff was so-so.
amazing! overall accomodation is so-so. the room cleaners did not vacuum my room within 9-day of stay. one time the trash was not pick up so i put it outside the door. it stayed there for 24 hours before i put it back again inside the room. a couple of times, i saw the same towel i used and left it on the floor put back in the rack the following day!
Only Issue...... It was a very nice experience overal. I did have issues with my key. It kept failing. Temp in hallways was a little too cold.
will book this one next time. Hotel cleanliness and decor was very impressive.
Worth the savings I liked how the hotel was centrally located in a safe neighborhood.
Cheap, Clean and great service This is for sure one of the best choices if you want to stay close to Sawgrass Mills Mall. Nice price compared to similar and the good service + maintenance + complete self service breakfast included are some of its strengths.
