Room is dirty bed uncomfortable bathroom needs updating. The hall ways smell. Need hotel updating. Called from my room to front desk and no one answered. Called when I was driving to hotel and no one answered.

One star. What a disaster at Quinta Inn—booked for a family stay with our kids (ages 8 and 5), expecting a quiet spot, but it was pure hell. Bottle rockets exploding outside all night like a war zone, terrifying the little ones and no sleep for anyone. No WiFi to entertain them or stream anything to block the noise. TV was busted, no channels or sound even after “fixing” it. Front desk refused to do anything about the chaos. Demanding my money back and complaining to corporate.

Had no thermastat that worked, coffee pot was broke, and no body wash in the container! And wifi was terrible!

The Front desk start was not friendly, I arrived to check in at 3pm my room was not ready. they told me they don't have any king bed, after I requested a refund to go elsewhere then there was a room provided. Upon arriving in the room the TV was not working. I called the front desk to get someone to repair it. no one came for over an hour. I called back about 3 times before a guy same and he took an hour to fix the tv. I was tired and wanted to take a shower and go to bed, but I had to wait for the TV repair guy to finished.... read more

Had to change rooms because the toilet wasn't working properly in the room. Accidentally left items in the first room and housekeeping sent it to the wrong room. Never got the items back. Although, the hotels policy is that they'll change towels daily, the dirty towels were removed but no replacements were given. We are return customers but the service was better in the past.

convenient parking-clean room and bath-liked the tile floor-awful metallic sound on 1 side of the bed-free coffee in the lobby-did not replenish the 2 packs of in room coffee (et al) for the entire stay(what good is an in room coffee maker if there is no coffee to use it with)-towels were NOT replaced;as they were used they were removed but not replenished (had to shower at my sister's house)-bed had an unattractive bedspread/covering tucked in like a sheet would be,exposing underneath
