Exceptional One TV doesn’t change Chanel’s so I got another room Very nice location very nice reception and excellent service Brook switched me rooms when the TV was not working she is very courteous woman and definetally great costumer service principals

We will share your comments with her! We just had Direct TV installed to provide over 120 channels for our guest. There are always a few kinks with the installations but it’s been minor and easy to fix. We are glad your issue was resolved immediately. We thank you for your business and hope to serve you again.

Pleasant The room smelled aweful and the sheets for the pull out bed and king size bed were dirty. Other than that it was alright

Exceptional That the down stairs restrooms were not open. The pool area

We do apologize for the downstairs public restrooms but during COVID we instructed by local Healtg Dept to only let guests use the bathrooms in their rooms to avoid many people using same restroom in a day. We should be reopening them in the next week or so.
