Exceptional The staff were very friendly and our room had an excellent view I will most definitely be coming back here with my kids next time....The hotel is in a very good location from the boardwalk and Space Center..Just a great experience period

We enjoyed our stay. The shower looked liked it needed to be updated The size of the room was much appreciated!

Good room just think they should train their staff to make everyone feel welcome. The staff at the desk I have stayed at this property before and this stay they made me pay a deposit in CASH because the card I use is a business card with my son's name on it. The person who was at the desk was not helpful. I told her I stayed there before and did not have to pay a deposit. She was going to call the GM but they didn't answer and so that was that.
