My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn’t have the musty smell that a hotel usually has.
The tables in the breakfast area were sticky and some were not cleaned off. The breakfast was gone by 8:00 am. Went to make toast and the bread was old and kind of dry. The 2nd floor smells like it had been wet before. The room floor had some very bad soft spots like the floor was going to give in
We didn’t eat breakfast having to be on the road at 5am but the accessible suite was amazing. Roll in shower without a hump or ledge to transfer over and beds were super comfortable
The rooms were very clean and the front desk receptionist were very helpful and efficient
The room was fine. Clean and comfortable bed and AC. Bathroom needs updating. 1. Walk in shower instead of a tub. 2. Shower head had only one setting that worked and it was a small and hard pressure stream. 3. Office chair needs replacing. Couldn't even lean back without falling back. 4. Ice maching not working on first floor. Had to go up to 3rd floor to get ice.
The checking is is so easy and convenient. Bed was nice and comfy and AC was awesome

Excellent!! One night stay-Excellent front desk check in! She was cordial, knowledgeable and efficient! Hotel was clean and room was also clean and had everything we needed. Front desk gave us some info on dining for the evening meal and she was spot on!! Morning breakfast was clean and well prepared! Check out was just as good! Excellent in every way! We will stay here every time we get into town..because of the great customer service we had!
