Shower fixtures not working properly. Hot water was minimal. I had to let the water run several minutes before the water was a warm temperature.
Very quiet and convenient to local restaurants and stores. Mostly due to clientele working in oil fields the floors and carpet were a bit dirty from mud. The staff made a valiant attempt at keeping it clean.
