Comfortable Arrived to check in waited 5-10 minutes because front desk associate was texting on his phone didn’t even look up to greet guests. Then was like I bothered him. I used to be a Head Bellman at 5 star Hotel years ago and he kindly would have been walked out and said this job isn’t for you. Lucky we weren’t Triple A and were rating the Hotel. Clean
