Exceptional Room was great! Had everything we needed for our short stay (we had a 12 hour layover between flights). Room had a mini fridge, microwave, and even a lazy boy! Bed was comfy. Had really nice Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower too! Conveniently had an airport shuttle and was only eight minutes away from MIA. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so helpful and funny! Please give him a raise! :)
