Not good customer service The shuttle driver didn't stop to pick us up at the airport. We called the front desk for help and were put on hold for 15 minutes. We ended up taking an Uber. The front desk person was more interested in making excuses and being defensive than helping us. Good location, good rooms and adequate breakfast
