Better information about shuttle service. Answer the phone calls. Shuttle service was not operating when arrived. Waited over an hour on the airport. Called the hotel 3 times, without any answer. Hotel ok

Overnight between two flights I had to argue with reception to obtain a taxi to airport when leaving in the morning. They where trying to enforce shuttle bus. This is not acceptable. Room nice and convenient. Good buffet breakfast. Close to airport, then convenient for early departure.
