Awful! No the bed was awful the pillows were hard like a rock , towels rough and cheap, the heater did work and air conditioner did not stop we have to open the window and unplug the air conditioner. The tv small, totally a bad experience

Bom, mas sem água quente. Banheiro sem água quente para o banho, só água morna. Liguei pra recepção um funcionário veio e perguntou se eu tomava banho mais quente do que aquele da temperatura da água. Respondi que sim e pedi que ele comparasse com a água da pia. Ele disse que a agua estava morna em razão do número de hóspedes usando água daquela coluna de água quente...frustrante. Achei o hotel um pouco barulhento. Havia um hóspede sem noção com cachorro cheirando as pessoas na fila do check in e pulou em cima da minha espos... read more

Great and friendly staff, makes up for anything the hotel may lack. There were not scrambled eggs in the continental breakfast. I loved the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly.

It was ok No fridge no microwave poor a/c and i paid 400 for 2 nights breakfast was wack came out at 8 when it startes at 7 only thing left BREAD NO fruit no cereal... Bed was very comfortable !!
