staff was very helpful and the room clean and comfortable. air conditioner was too loud. we had to unplug it. clean and comfortable
cruise ship ready!! they offered a free shuttle to the cruise ship, but pay for the return, we waited 1.5 hours for them to show up and there are PLENTY of other ways to get back to the ship there waiting for you
