Disappointing
Very Poor There.\nWas no washcloth or hand towels?Only 2 towels, the tub was dirty.The chair needs replaced.It's all torn up.It was barely dirty, needs updated for sure.The beds were super uncomfortable. The pool was Nice. They held our bags for us and let us lounge and tell our plane.

Want get my business again The facility was dirty. The furniture had gashes in the top of it . The TV wouldn't work. They sent somebody in that finally got it to work. Didn't understand one bit of English . Could not even get a hair dryer . I've stayed there before 8 months ago. It is really gone downhill. Also when I made reservations I was told that I could leave my car there and that was included in paying $271 and when I got there they said I had to pay extra $8 a day not the way the reservation was made. Not a thing

Disappointing
Efficient enough for overnight before our cruise Property needs updates. Fresh coat of paint in the bathroom area would help.Towel rack was loose. Towels were thin and cheap. Staff not very friendly. The girl that checked us in gave us a key to an already occupied room...so glad the guest were not in the room when we opened the door! Breakfast was good. Price was one of the lowest in the area.

Not worth the cost. The website clearly states that the shuttle is til 11pm. It is not. It until 10pm. We had to pay for an Uber since we were free if the airport just after 10. We had a king size bed with 2 pillows. Not even large pillows. We asked the front desk for more pillows, they said they didn't have any more. After. Long flight, that was uncomfortable for sure. No wash cloth and only 1 set of towels. We weren't going to ask for that since there were no extra pillows. To pay $200 for one night, you think they'd do be... read more

Muy mala opción, evitarla cualquier otra puede ser mejor El mobiliario deteriorado, no tenían buen olor los pasillos, el colchón era viejo, las sábanas no se sentían limpias! Muy alto el precio para lo que es realmente. El personal de recepción poco amable y poco colaborador. Además hacen una retención extra en la tarjeta de crédito. No vayan a ese hotel Nada
