Bed was terrible, pillows were a joke. No wash rags or hand towels. Almost $6 each for canned and bottled drinks Mattress was horrible Close to port

Fair not a good breakfast no meatat all i paid a extra $55 for early check & i was not happy the next morning no back or sausage

We were under whelmed. When we stayed there pre-covid it was a much nicer establishment. The outside of the motel had chunks of siding missing. The breakfast only had two sources of protein, egg patty and peanut butter. The motel felt dinghy and outdated Not much. Frankly, we were disappointed.

Bates motel The hotel was old rundown dirty and disgusting. You advertised an updated clean hotel and when we arrived the hotel was rundown looking even from the outside. The hotel sign wasn't even working. I wish I could get my money back. I feel like I was going to get a disease. I was too scared to take a shower. Thank God my stay was just overnight Customer service was friendly.
