We had a great time at Schlitterbaugn and coming to a really nice room made our trip fun and stressless Other hotel behind, looked abandoned Nice rooms, great breakfast and service from Ms. Gina very friendly and helpful
Exceptional Nothing The facility is updated and clean.
Pleasant The room had a smashed bug on the bathroom wall, the tub faucet leaked and the bathtub had big bubbles in the lining of it. The window shade had water stains and their was a lot of built up dust on the window ledge above the AC unit. We've stayed here many times, this was the only time we've had any issues. Breakfast and coffee was great, staff was friendly and prompt as usual.
Above and beyond I really loved that even though early check in was not available, the manager had a solution for us. We were going to be at Schlitterbahn all day and didn't want to leave all of our luggage on the top of our car, and she was so helpful and nice and right away had a solution. I feel like she went above and beyond to be helpful and that really stood out to me. The breakfast attendant was also very sweet, accommodating. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfy. It was a really great stay!

For the most part our stay was good, we have stayed here before and we will probably stay here again Location is great but there was a few things that were broke in my room. The shower rod, the handles to the closet came off and the bathroom sink was leaking, but were fixed as soon as we reported it to front desk. Breakfast was good,
