Pleasant House keepers tried to go in my room at 8:39am and again at 10:15am when checkout was at 11am It was nice and clean

Exceptional El personal es muy amable atento y te aclaran todas las dudas en ingles y en español. Las habitaciones son tal cual se ven en las fotos son muy limpias de vuen tamaños y comodas.. todo olia a limpio y el desayuno muy rico y con un menu variado... la verdad todo estuvo genial. Y son muy amigables con las mascotas eso es lo que mas me agrado porque viajaba con mi pequeño.

It was PERFECT for Me during a Quick Stay ! I parked by the back door that is by the Pool. I tried using my room key to get in - it didn't open even though it was Green. I later saw someone from the Pool trying to get in & I went to open the door. The hairdryer did not work but they provided me with a Brand New One & said to leave it in the room bc they were replacing the old ones - so all was good. When I booked I noticed the check in time.
