Overall a great stay and I am very likely to return in the future My reservation was supposed to be for a disabled tub room. I not only didn’t get this room due to cleaning crew being off for the holiday but was also on the 3rd floor. I arrived on Thanksgiving day due to a horrible experience at another hotel and the luggage carts were not operational. The young lady quickly offered me the laundry cart to use to assist me with my luggage. This was especially important as I am disabled and walk with a cane.
A very great stay! Hotel is super clean & peaceful. I loved the location! Not sure many peeps take advantage of gym. The machine wipes were not accessible but the front desk clerk gave me something to wipe down with for before and after use. Next could have uses I just brought my own make up wipes to clean machines. Staff was tremendously friendly, clean room with basic amenities & charging ports. Toiletries for one shower. Good WiFi. Exceptional Charged me twice when supposedly I had paid online already and the time of my arrival I was told I had to pay again and the “deposit” I paid online was being reimbursed in 7 days , it should be only one time pay. Elegant and clean good quality and quiet atmosphere very peaceful comfy bed best hotel ever
