Location was perfect for our needs, Hotel meet or exceeded our expectations.. would use again Did not use breakfast.. (too early) Location, Staff, Physical plant.

I would definitely stay there again. Location of the breakfast was great, however, the seating was in the lobby, but I would have preferred it to be more private. The entrance of the hotel is not used so much in the early morning, but it is the first thing/first impression for a hotel. Registration desk was in-between, so it broke up the total space. Pleasant Room was not vacuumed, pillows were not comfortable, pool was not very clean I liked the bed, it was comfortable and the coffee was great

My stay was great and I will come again just need a shuttle services I didn’t like their were no shuttle services from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport they needs to work on that. Yes I did clean quiet nice the employees were awesome

Pleasant Café da manhã muito simples mesmo e encerra às 09:00 Muito silenciosa. Bom p quem quer estar próximo ao aeroporto e Shoppings e com tranquilidade do local.

Pleasant Era sucio, tenia HORMIGAS en las habitaciones y muy mal olor en los pasillos que también se pasaba a las piezas (a zorro, zoologico, humedad). El desayuno era pobre, tenia solo mantequilla y queso crema. Ubicación y comodidad para estacionar.
