Exceptional Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado que comenzó a mojar la alfombra pero el personal del hotel actuó de inmediato y nos cambiaron de habitación Está bien ubicado cerca de dos centros comerciales Broward Mall y the Fountains. Desde él primero salen buses al Sawgrass. El hotel es muy limpio, con diseño muy moderno y el personal de recepción es muy agradable y atento. El desayuno es muy básico café, jugos, cereales, leche, frutas, wafles y tostadas. La suite tenía microondas y refrigerador.

Warm welcome and hospitality! The room was a bit small for a king room. Sheila at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! I needed to check in early and she got me a room quickly. She made me feel very welcome as well as everyone who came up to her desk. Excellent people skills and hospitality! Happy I could bring my 2 little dogs. Nice lobby as well.

excellent séjour, personnel très accueillant, je reviendrai la salle de sport laisse à désirer , faut améliorer plus d'appareil et aggrandir l'espace le buffet pour le petit déjeuner et la propreté , l'emplacement

Excellent There was not a variety of breakfast to choose from, the same thing every morning. Instead of boil eggs consider scrambling eggs a few days of the week. Also, include brown sugar or honey for tea. The location was perfect and safe.
