This hotel seems to be operated by immigrants who do not have a clear understanding of typical American hotel hospitalit Chairs were barely acceptable—“easy chair” was brick hard, desk chair was broken and cheaply made. There was no “welcome packet” with general instructions for the tenant, not even a TV channel guide. Clerk at reception was aloof and hard to understand because of strong accent. Room in general was roomy enough. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bath was clean and linens were excellent quality.
