Wonderful I didn't like the fact that it's a hotels that honors dogs in hotel rooms... I was afraid that I was sleeping in a bed a dogs had also been sleeping in.. Also that fact that it doesn't have a hot breakfast... Very clean n smell really good even when u walk in... Staff was very friendly and helpful... I guess it smells so good cause its a dog hotel ... They have signs posted everywhere n there is no extra charge for them..

Exceptional There was nothing wrong with this location. Clean outside, the building looked well kept up and there was grass well kept up, good for my puppy. As soon as I walked inside it smelled so clean and good. I knew the room would be as well and they were.The staff were friendly.

It was a good, comfortable stay. The pool could have been a little cleaner. It had a lot of bugs. We didn't eat the breakfast because we needed to leave earlier. We're glad it did include breakfast for next time.

I would give this location a second chance. I’m hoping Chris follow up with what went wrong on my initial impression upon my visit. First impressions are always then last impression. The location was perfect for the Wedding venue we were attending. The manager Chris addressed my concern while I was there as well as Ms Kathryn, my apologies if I got her name wrong.
