Pleasant They claimed the pool was broken but I am a pool builder and it was up and running i believe they were just trying to save money on chemicals since it was slow . The location and room size

OK Insufficient lighting in room and bathroom. TV did not work and once it was fixed, remote only worked to turn it on and off. Couldn't adjust sound or channels. Refused extra towels by housekeeping staff. Room quiet and bed and pillows comfortable.
