Pleasant Security issues..doors unsecure or wont open with e key card. Staff rude and condescending.

Good Tub very slippery. I noticed when I was showering. My husband, when trying to exit the tub, slipped. Luckily, while he ended up in a seated position in the tub, he didn't injure himself. Entire place could use a freshening up. No elevator, if someone needed it. Convenient location to our event and saved us some money.
