I simply called to get a consultation for a potential case, I went through 5-10 minutes of giving a woman all my contact and living information, and without even giving her information about the case, she simply said we cannot help you and hung up on me without as much as a goodbye or an opportunity to respond or interject. If this is the kind of service I got for an inquiry, I can only imagine the service I would get as a client.
