I was injured on the job in Jan of 23 had major bck surgery in Aug and was told I was offered only 20k this is unacceptable! I will never be able to do as well at my job as a arborist/climber which is considered Americas most dangerous job title ever again! My name is Hector Bonilla, Katherine Acosta, failed to fallowed up w SS and didn't return phone calls or emails,she did the bare minimum on my SSDI case.
I have been working with Labovick Law for my SSDI claim for the past 10 months. They did not help me fill out any forms (I was told it is not their policy to help me fill out forms), they did not tell me when any additional forms needed to be filled out and did not contact me unless I contacted them first (and it is much longer than 24 hours that it takes to receive a return call). RecommendedThis isn’t a good law group in my opinion considering they don’t want to do the job they’re hired for then they still want to get payed even though they quit.
They could follow through with the client and make sure they actually get disability. They said my friend had it but he has not seen a penny in 3 years! In the mean time he's gotten worse and friend and I are supporting him!!! When he asked Labrovnick lawyers for help they said they can't help him!
