My Stay in Black Hawk Co I didn't like that the Reservation Desk was vacant most of the time. The check in was at the Kiosk. Any questions you needed answered, you had to go to the Reservation Deck at the Horseshoe Hotel. The friendly atmosphere and Staff attention was wonderful.

Otherwise our stay was great!!! Key cards didn’t always work, very frustrating Bed where comfortable, food was excellent , staff was kind and helpful
