Desk staff provided excellent customer service. The hotel is quiet, has convenient parking, and is nestled in the heart of Blackhawk making it not only accessible to other properties but the downtown shops and trailhead near by.

It’s obviously an older hotel. Bathroom faucets were loose and the towel holder needs repaired. I couldn’t control the air so I was uncomfortably warm while sleeping. A noise above my room was constant. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was larger than most.
