The room was absent a microwave, or hand soap in the bathroom, and the coffee maker did not work properly. The climate controll was antiquated and only allowed for a cooler or warmer setting but not a selection of a desired temperature. The room was clean and staff in general was polite and helpful. The casino was also clean and well staffed. The in house restaurant was consistently understaffed which resulted in longer wait times for food and service.
