Easy check in We used the kiosk
Clean room, much more affordable than a lot of places we priced. Great location for the exploring Black Hawk. The lack of humans at the check in desk past a certain point of day was a bit off putting (luckily the kiosk was irked properly or I don’t know what we’d have done, lol!). Otherwise a nice property.
Room was clean and bed was of good quality. Bathroom was clean and well stocked.

So impersonable, didn't like not having a front desk clerk. Got to our room and it looked like they were in the process of working on it. Had to move to a different room. Weren't allowed to check in to our room early unless we paid more. I think that is quite crappy!

The hotel should get some kind of phone app for check in. The kiosk is ok, but a 10 dollar penalty for early check in is ridiculous. Even if its one minute.the hotel is hard to navigate once insde.
