If 6 stars were possible I would rate a 6. Dr. Dartez is amazing, wonderful, kind and very caring. She helped us through end of life care for my 17 year old dachshund who had lymphoma. Though that was as heartbreaking as anything could have possibly been Dr. Dartez' kindness was perfect. Her love for pets is so evident.

All staff members are amazing. Their focus is on your furbaby the whole time! Our Bandit is lucky to have Dr. Alex as her vet. She is friendly, open to questions, takes great care in Bandit's yearly visit and was NOT exasperated at all! Bandit is not an easy patient and that is putting it lightly! The whole time Dr. Alex and her nurse continued to talk to Bandit gently, doing their best to calm her even though Bandit continued to growl and be difficult. RecommendedI am writing this post with a heavy heart but also with a great deal of gratitude. We made the tough decision to euthanize my little buddy of 16 years last night. As soon as we got there we were brought to the back. Shelby was amazing with us and the dog. He even got to eat chocolate before he was given the meds which he LOVED. Shelby and the Dr were absolutely amazing and very empathetic. Although it was not easy they helped to make this experience a little more manageable. I cannot say thank you enough to the staff there.

Last Sunday, my husband and I became very worried over our 12.5 year old furbaby. We quickly started trying to find a vet that would open early Monday morning to find our baby some comfort. We were surprised to learn of LVCC's hours! He was pleasantly surprised with the compasion of the lady who answered the phone and was able to schedule an appointment for within the next hour. I just want to thank the staff for their care and kindness. I called Monday worried and stressed about my senior pup who had several distressing episodes and I didn’t know what to do but immediately thought of this particular vet care center. I am so glad I did. From the kind person on the phone, to the vet nurse Brook B. , to Dr. Zach to the sweet over night staff who gave me updates-I cannot speak highly enough about everyone we have talked to and interacted with.

Am a maltese breeder and had a mom that needed a c section on a sunday afternoon. Was very impressed with LVCC, the courtesy, effort and attention by staff was to be admired!. Dr Emily Devall and her assistant, Brittany, were quite competent and knowledgeable. My mom and her puppy were certainly in excellent hands! would highly recommend LVCC.

I am amazed with the excellent service plus kind and caring staff. The hours are great! I can bring in my dog when he’s sick and not just from 9 to 4. This is a real benefit for working people and different schedules. The Vet Doctors are the best I’ve ever dealt with. This is a 5 star operation.
