we were driving around trying to find a place to put our dog down. after calling a few places that weren't open or didn't have an opening until late, we called them. the person who answered the phone was so chipper and sweet. once I told her what we needed, her tone matched mine and she was so gentle and still sweet! the whole process from start to finish from them was I don't want to say great bc we were putting our dog down but the hospitality they gave us was top notch. they put us at ease during everything. they answered... read more

Love how most vets and staff are very personable and caring. Love that they are open 24 hours with a vet inhouse til midnight. Will always take my pet crew of 4 to them!

My boy, Dunkin, had a series of about 30 seizures Friday night that was terrifying. He has been on medication for epilepsy from another vet for 2 years. After calling every vet I could locate that was open on Saturdays a friend recommended Lafayette Veterinary Care Center. All the other vets that were open refused to see him. Entire staff were great and accommodating. The ease of scheduling an appt is the best I have EVER experienced with any company let alone a vet. They truly care about the well being of my pup and to me that is priceless. Thank you to everyone at LVCC! Keep doing what you do! The BEST! The care for my pups is outstanding, staff and doctors awesome, wait time is always great 24 hour care so anytime my pets have a problem they are there to handle the situation. Couldn’t ask for better!♥️
