Welcome to Lafayette Veterinary Care Center We are a full-service veterinary animal hospital and pet resort. We offer an array of services, including wellness and preventive care, surgery, reproductive services, house calls, boarding, training, and more. Our practice has grown over the years from two to eleven doctors, and we are now the largest veterinary practice in six parishes We are a large group with multiple talents, and we foster a collaborative environment to ensure your pets receive the best care possible.

We had an emergency situation with our cat and drove to the Emergency Care. A nice young woman was waiting for us and started on his care immediately. Our story does not end well . Our cat died from a Cardiac Arrest, but he had excellent, caring people trying to help him. I do highly recommend the Lafayette Veterinary Care Center.

I would recommend this place for anyone’s pet. The service is very professional and pleasant. This is the only place I will take my dogs to when we go out of town.

A lot of care and attention was given to my little Sassy. They have a great friendly staff. Explained everything to me so I would understand. And let me know if there was anything I needed they were there for me.😊

I had brought my dog in for an emergency OHE due to an infection.. they welcomed both of us with open arms and treated her so amazing . I love how they stayed in touch while she was in surgery and after , keeping me up with everything going on. My babygirl is feeling much like herself again and I thank everyone who took care of her . Definitely would recommend.

I bring my pets here for vet care and also for doggy daycare. My dog can be crazy, but they're so good with him. The last daycare session they described my dog as "chill" and let him play with smaller dogs. Chill is not how I'd normally describe him and usually would not put him with smaller animals. I'm not sure what kind of voodoo they do with him, but he does so great when he's there! Thank you for all that you do!
