My 14 year old fur baby had a bad cough. Dr. Bordelon immediately recognized it as a partially collapsed trachea. X-rays confirmed the diagnosis. We were sent home with medicine to help control the issue. Would highly recommend!

Caring and attentive staff. We brought our German Shepard in for emergency surgery over the 4th of July weekend and our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff kept us informed pre and post surgery with phone calls and text messages. We highly recommend Lafayette Veterinary Care Center.

Our girl was seen twice here. First time a couple years ago for emergency surgery as she suffered sudden stomach bloat. They were upfront in that considering her age she may not survive the surgery. We chose to go ahead with the surgery and were blessed to have more time with her. As she aged, we knew the time was coming to make that dreaded decision. My dog had been attacked by a neighbor’s dog and I needed to get him to a vet on a Sunday evening. Another neighbor advised that I take him here. They saw him immediately and treated him wonderfully. I will definitely use them again.
