RecommendedI had to bring my lil girl Gracie in at midnight because she had diarrhea and rectal bleeding with excessive thirst and urination. She was diagnosed with severe constipation, and diabetes. The staff was WONDERFUL! Professional, gentle, caring, and informative! I’ve had 2 bad experiences at another ER in Lafayette, so I was SO happy at the care Gracie received here! Staff was friendly and helpful, wait time was minimal. Dr. Patrick was very patient with my dog, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Very pleased with the care we received!

My 14 year old fur baby had a bad cough. Dr. Bordelon immediately recognized it as a partially collapsed trachea. X-rays confirmed the diagnosis. We were sent home with medicine to help control the issue. Would highly recommend!

Caring and attentive staff. We brought our German Shepard in for emergency surgery over the 4th of July weekend and our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff kept us informed pre and post surgery with phone calls and text messages. We highly recommend Lafayette Veterinary Care Center.
