The LVCC staff was very compassionate, kind and caring when we stopped in for an emergency visit last night. Dr. Maggie and Mel were amazing with our big guy, and thanks to them, he’s home recovering and resting!
It was a tough decision we made recently, having a beloved cat put down after 15 years. We've been in mourning for three weeks. The staff at LVC was phenomenal, helping us through the whole ordeal. Because we were traveling, we had to leave Bella behind. LVC worked with us to have her ashes shipped to us overnight at our destination in Florida. We had to make a very heartbreaking decision to put our 16 year old Yorkie, Turk, down a few weeks ago. The nurses and doctors were so caring and sympathetic. Although it was a visit we wish we didn’t have to make, they made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We were sent home with his paw prints in clay. About a week ago we received a sympathy card from them with every staff member’s signature. It filled my heart and brought tears to my eyes. Many thanks to Dr. Garrott, Maggie, and Peyton for the exceptional care and love given to our 9 year old Shih Tzu, Buddy. He had emergency bladder stone surgery late one Saturday night in January. They were so thorough in their explanations and took their time answering questions about the surgical procedure that was necessary.
