We had to make a very heartbreaking decision to put our 16 year old Yorkie, Turk, down a few weeks ago. The nurses and doctors were so caring and sympathetic. Although it was a visit we wish we didn’t have to make, they made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We were sent home with his paw prints in clay. Many thanks to Dr. Garrott, Maggie, and Peyton for the exceptional care and love given to our 9 year old Shih Tzu, Buddy. He had emergency bladder stone surgery late one Saturday night in January. They were so thorough in their explanations and took their time answering questions about the surgical procedure that was necessary. The staff and doctors are all so caring and very professional. My first experience ended with me having to put my pet hamster to sleep, and they were so knowledgeable and delicate regarding the situation. I just received a condolence card in the mail, signed by the whole staff. I will certainly be back when the need arises!

My family and I could not have asked for better treatment in our time of need. We honestly walked in thinking we were going to lose our precious girl Duckie. The compassion and care we received as soon as we walked in was phenomenal! They also documented all of the wounds they saw for if the police needed them! I cannot say enough thanks to the amazing technicians and vet that were present last night! They even updated us with a picture. Our girl is already doing much better!
