My son fell in love with Mandy and even told her he would miss her when we left.She gave him her complete attention and truly helped him through the check up so that he was comfortable. He had such a great experience during his visit.
This office is very kid friendly from the walk in the door to the dentist chair. They greet the patient which is the child first upon arrival. There are toys everywhere to pass time away. Employees are upbeat and try to identify with the child to help ease their anxieties. We have been using this office for about 3 years (since my oldest was 2). Today was our 2year old's first visit and he was very relaxed and felt right at home.
Excellent staff and Dr as always
The staff really knows how to work with the kids to make them feel comfortable . They are very knowledgeable and I would recommend them.
Our child with special needs and oral sensitivities has never been pushed beyond her comfort zone--and now she looks forward to going to the dentist's office. She has begun a lifetime of positive association and that translates at home to willingly brushing and flossing teeth. The attention Dr. Mike and his staff show to each child is wonderful and personalized.
The hygenist was amazing! She sang to my 3 year-old while brushing her teeth. Dr. Mike was also fabulous, as always. Very warm and caring. My daughter said after we left,"Dr. Mike and that lady were really nice to me".
The service we receive at Lake Jeanette Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry is always excellent. Doctor Mike and the staff are extremely knowledgable, great with children and very upbeat.
I am very thankful for Lake Jeannette Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Mike is so kind and a blessing to our family. My six year old thrives on making Dr. Mike proud everytime we brush our teeth. He has such a gentle and trusting way about him. He was meant to work with kids. I love the way he communicates with you on their growth and development. He knows how to calm your fears and theirs. The staff is beyond amazing and I just can't thank you enough for the wonderful care you give my daughter Melanie.
We had an awesome experience at Lake Jeanette. I liked the fact that we decline fluriode and they are not pushy and are very respecful for our decision. All the staff are wonderful and know how to treat and handle kids. They are fast as can be with little kids and give out wonderful prizes for the kids. I recommend this kids pediatric dentist office. I would give it more stars if possible
