We <3 LJPD We just love you all at Lake Jeannette Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry! We've loved the warm greeting and high quality care from day one, but this was our second check-up/cleaning with Dr. Rebecca and we just love her to pieces. High quality service, very child friendly I always enjoy the experience my family has at this office. My kids love it also. They are very friendly and are truly concerned about my children's teeth and overall well being. Amazingly Friendly, Knowledgable and Organized!! My son loves everyone! They were so friendly and encouraging for my nervous 3 year old. We will never go anywhere else!!! The next day my son said "Mommy, I go to the dentist today!" He loved it!! Thank you!!!
Kid-friendly As with every experience, today my sons were welcomed and treated individually. My youngest was very apprehensive but both the hygienist and the Dr Mike worked so patiently and calmly with him. We couldn't be more happy with our visits.
Wonderful, efficient staff We love this dentist. The staff--from start to finish--are friendly, professional and kind. They're patient with my kids, especially my 2yo, who gets very upset at having his teeth cleaned, and never let anything faze them. They explain things clearly and are always happy to answer questions. The facility is clean, bright and they provide toys to keep the kids entertained, even though wait times are always at a minimum. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I came here after having a terrible experience at a different pediatric dentist in High Point. I feel that my daughter's well being is priority, and that she is truly cared for. Dr. Mike and Dr. Andrews are both fantastic, professional, and great with the kids. The staff is equally fantastic and always upbeat and energetic. I wholeheartedly recommend Lake Jeanette, especially if you have a child who has anxiety with dentists.
Calm and compassionate first-time visit for an anxious toddler! Thanks so much for your incredible patience and gentle persistence on my daughter's first visit! High quality service Staff is awesome
Such a wonderful experience I was referred here by a friend and I am so glad I took my little girl here. The whole staff front front desk to check out was very kind and caring to my little girl and me. They worked with our needs and took plenty of time to explain and work on my daughter.
