Professional, friendly, organized, and family friendly! My experience here was wonderful! I work in a hospital in Eden and went back and shared my experience with my coworkers who have children. From the entrance to check in and register the ancillary staff was polite and helpful. The staff in the treatment room Were phenomenal ! The doctor was so friendly and explained the procedure and what to expect. I felt like she spent her time with us and that I am very thankful!

All staff were very patient & helpful with my kids and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule & needs. They were sensitive to the feelings and needs of my 4 year old and 2 year old (first visit) and took the time to explain things to them & make them feel comfortable.
Professional and Friendly My daughter and I have never had a bad experience at Lake Jeanette Orthodontics. Our two year journey with braces and retainers has been a good one. I have always felt that my daughter was well taken care of by Dr. Mike and his staff.

There are no words........ Today was amazing. I have a child with autism who needed baby teeth extracted today. To complicate things, he does not tolerate nitrous oxide to help with this. The staff was AMAZING!!!! I cannot thank all of you enough for loving and caring for my son and our family. You meet all of his needs, even at the expense of spending extra time, and putting forth extraordinary effort to make this a positive experience for my son.
